Azra Sibic, AAM’s Controller, has over 10 years of experience in Accounting of Property and Homeowner Association management. Prior to joining the AAM team, Azra worked for one of the largest management companies in the Southeast for 5 years as an Assistant Controller. In April 2013, she joined AAM as the Assistant Controller and was quickly promoted to Controller the following year.
As Controller, Azra is responsible for overseeing the Staff Accountants as well as the Accounts Payable and Homeowner Billing teams. She also plays a critical role in assisting some of our developer clients with their budget preparation, forecast reviews and subsidy analysis. In addition, Azra attends Finance Committee meetings and quarterly Association meetings for our larger, master-planned communities.
Azra’s extensive knowledge of the community management industry, use of accounting best practices and the strong partnerships she has fostered with our developer clients have made her a greatly valued member of the AAM team.
“I truly enjoy the fast paced nature and diversity of the HOA industry, because no two days are ever the same. Also, working closely with all of the different clients at AAM has been extremely rewarding to me,” said Azra.
Away from the office, Azra enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
