JD King Honored with Prestigious Manager of the Year Award

On October 19, 2023, the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), an Arizona-based organization dedicated to the betterment and positive understanding of the Community Management industry, hosted their annual Awards Gala in which an AAM team member earned a prestigious G.E.M. Award (Guiding Excellence in Management).

AACM's G.E.M. Awards is a highly regarded set of industry-specific honors created to celebrate and distinguish the exceptional effort and dedication of Community Managers and other industry professionals who are nominated by their peers and the communities they serve.

The Manager of the Year G.E.M. Award categories, Condominium, On-Site/Large Scale, and Portfolio, recognize Managers who go above and beyond for their communities, continually demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and have the skills necessary to manage successful community associations. AAM is proud to announce that Area Manager, JD King, was named Manager of the Year in the condominium community-type category.

JD was nominated for his unwavering work ethic, outstanding mentorship, leadership, and guidance, as well as expert knowledge of the intricacies that are associated with the management of condominiums.
