March 18th was an important deadline because without special exception and bills assigned to an Appropriation's Committee, bills not heard in the committee of the second chamber will be considered dead.

Homeowners' associations; enforcement grace period
Status: 3/16 Senate COW approved with amendment and floor amendment.
Property; declaration amendment; procedure
Status: 3/14 Senate COW approved with floor amendment.
Rental properties; prohibited penalties
Status: 3/3 Passed House 34-23; ready for the Senate.
Regulatory boards; licensing; revisions
Status: 3/15 From Senate Commerce and Workforce Development with amendment.
Homeowner's associations; cumulative voting; prohibition
Status: 3/1 House COW approved with floor amendment #4691 and amendment #4692.
Homeowners associations; director removal
Status: 3/10 Passed House Government and Higher Education.
Homeowners associations; Board conflicts
Status: 2/29 Retained on Senate COW calendar.
