AAM has New Leadership in the Coastal Carolinas

Associated Asset Management (AAM), a nationally recognized leader in community association management and accounting services for clients throughout the United States, is pleased to welcome Ami Ruland as the new Regional Director of their Coastal Carolinas Division, a division that has cumulatively expanded its portfolio by 4,000 units over the past year. 

Ami RulandBringing to AAM over 20 years of property management and real estate experience, Ruland's industry expertise ranges from HOA/Condominium, multifamily and commercial management to real estate sales. Prior to joining AAM and relocating to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ruland served as a Regional Vice President for another management firm where she was instrumental in both the office start-up and continual growth. Additionally, she holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

As Regional Director of the Coastal Carolinas, Ruland will oversee the daily operations of AAM's North and South Carolina community partnerships, as well as demonstrate an unwavering commitment to building the AAM brand throughout the Carolinas, investing in new client relationships and further supporting the division's accelerated growth.
