AAM Voted Best Place to Work for a Ninth Year

Associated Asset Management (AAM), a nationally recognized leader in community association management and accounting services for clients throughout the United States, announced it has been ranked number 11 out of 20 finalists by the Phoenix Business Journal's Best Places to Work in 2016 for the large size company category (250-999 employees).

With record company participation this year, Best Places to Work recognized 115 local businesses, ranging from fewer than a dozen staff members to more than 2,000, for their commitment to cultivating exemplary company culture. This annual ranking is solely employee driven and awarded to companies based on their survey results, which AAM is honored to have been ranked for a ninth year.

Headquartered in Tempe, AAM is home to 389 local employees and over 500 nationwide. Consistently earning a spot on the Best Places to Work list, AAM credits their year after year ranking to their outstanding company culture, perpetuated by their extremely committed and talented staff and strong leadership team.

Recognizing that their employees are their most important and valuable assets, AAM firmly believes that the most successful and productive employees are a direct result of a positive work environment. This is why they constantly focus on innovative ways to provide their dedicated workforce an environment that promotes overall satisfaction and well-being, collaboratively making AAM a Best Places to Work.

In addition to financially supporting staff members with both internal and external educational training programs, continued efforts to promote from within, and a myriad of wellness initiatives that all employees can participate in to reduce their health insurance contributions, AAM also shows employee appreciation in some fun and unique ways. One is the development of Costco Day, where employees are annually invited to meet at a local Costco for shopping and a complimentary breakfast. AAM has also implemented a Brown Bag Lunch Program where members of their Executive Team schedule a time to meet with every department for an open discussion on new/existing policies, also giving employees an opportunity to address any concerns or offer suggestions for better improvement and overall satisfaction.

"Achieving a Best Places to Work status is truly a special honor because it shows that we are not only dedicated to the clients we serve but also to the quality of life of our employees," said Amanda Shaw, President of AAM. "We wouldn't be here without our wonderfully hard working employees who help us consistently be ranked on this list year after year."
