Q: Where do I send my payments?
A: Payments can be mailed to PO Box 62465 Phoenix, AZ 85082-2465. Please include your 12 digit account number on your check. Please send only 1 payment per lot. If you have additional properties payments will need to be mailed separately.
Q: How do we register to pay online?
A: To pay online you will want to go to www.homeownerresources.com, click the make a payment tab, then select onetime payment. Enter your 12 digit account number, your email, password and your last name. Select complete registration. There is a fee to pay online $1.95 by check and $1.95 + 2.95% of the payment made with credit card.
Q: Am I set up for direct debit?
A: If you set up direct debit with CHAMPS this will automatically transfer over to AAM. AAM drafts accounts between the 5th and the 10th of the month that your payment is due.
Q: Will the rules to our community change?
A: The rules and policies will remain the same. If the Board determines that changes are necessary, those will all be communicated to each homeowner by the Board of Directors.
